Shipment Date

Orders are shipped, with a few exceptions, within two or three working days of the date the order was placed.

 

Cost

The shipping fee is charged per shipping address.  The fee is:

 

$7.95 for orders $150.00 or less

 

Free for orders over $150.00 (valid only in the continental United States)

 

Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes.  All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

 

Please note that orders containing CPAP/BiPAP machines will be marked to receive Adult signature upon delivery.  Please arrange to have someone available to sign for the package.  UPS will not leave packages unattended when a signature is required.

 

Prescription Policy:

 

A prescription from a Physician is needed for CPAP/BIPAP/Nebulizer machines purchased.

 

The following should be on the prescription:

 

• Patient’s first and last name
• Patient’s Date of birth
• Doctor’s name and office address
• Equipment needed

 

Note:  For CPAP/BIPAP/APAP prescription should include pressure settings.  For BIPAP, it should also include IPAP and EPAP pressure. For APAP or Auto machines, we need a minimum and maximum pressure.

 

A copy of the prescription must be faxed to 864-512-2232 before we will ship your machine.  Please send a copy of the prescription within 7 business days.  Please note that any order cancelled due to lack of prescription will be charged an administrative fee of 10% at time of refund.
